J. Bradley Beck / Owner

My entire working career has been in the food and beverage industry. From working as a dishwasher in high school, to my most recent position as the Food Safety Director for a Fortune 500 company. I have 40 years of experience in fine dining, chain dinner houses, on-premise and off-premise catering, corporate dining, equipment sales, and ownership.


As a Food Safety Dir. I became passionate about the importance of food safety. I enjoy teaching people about the proper handling of food, and empowering them to handle food safely from the back door to the table. With most health inspections now available online, and often on the local news, guests have become much more knowledgable and discerning about their dining choices.

 

One outbreak of a foodborne illness can bring down even a large corporation. In my opinion, it is the most important aspect of  our industry today. I would enjoy speaking with you to see if there are any opportunities to work together on your food safety program.
